Alder
Our Swedish seasoning which many smokers use to elicit a delicate soft taste with a faintly sweet. Suitable for Salmon, Fish in general, pork, poultry.

Slightly sweet fruity smoke flavor that is perfect for bird (creates dark brown color on the skin) or beef. It is the strongest flavor successor of fruit trees suitable for all kinds of food.

Provides a mild flavor reminiscent of oak, suitable for meat and fish in general.

Mild smoky flavor that resembles maple, several in northern Sweden makes souvas using this briquette. Suitable for meat and poultry.
